No way... this must be a joke I would like to reiterate that this house has *one single room* and price-makers randomly decided "yeah let's charge a QUARTER MILLION dollars for this crappy house, cuz that *totally* isn't overly expensive. I feel as though stuff like this is why so many people end up homeless. For a house like this, I'd say even $1K is already crossing the line for being too expensive The reality of the matter is most people cannot afford such an insane price
