Please, use brackets as less as possible. They make difficult to read the verse and understand. What will be if you just write: 2:4 And who believe in which was sent down to you and in which were sent down before you and they believe with certainly to Hearafter. instead of writing this: 2:4 And who believe in (Quran and Sunnah) which was sent down (revealed) to you (Muhammad Peace be upon him) and in [in the Taurot (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), etc.] which were sent down before you and they believe with certainly to Hearafter. (Resurrection, recompense of their good and bad deeds, Paradise and Hell, etc.) Look how you made it difficult to read. Brackets must be used to help reader in necassary cases. For example: 44:3 Indeed, We sent it (Quran) down during a blessed night. Indeed, We were to warn [mankind]. If you don't write here Quran in brackets some readers may not understand it. But, you have put unnecassary brackets too many. If person wants to know interpretation of this verse, let him/her to read the tafsirs. And please, traslate the words, like muttaqun, solat, goib, shayatin etc. There are translation of these words in English, why you make things more difficult?

When you are playing the Surah, pause it and click on the Settings icon, you’ll get options. Among that there’s an option “Playback speed” click on that and choose the speed that suits you. Try different speeds and choose. And this setting is temporary and you need to redo every time you go for a new Surah. Hope this helps. All the best! May Allah make it easy for you! Aameen!
