I am a seeker and for many years I knew the Islam that is everywhere is not the islam I felt should exist in this world. The islam I felt in the heart is one of love, one of kindness and of all goodness that exist. Thank you for the truth and helping us or guiding us to the path. Al ghazali man that reached limits of reason and decided from now on higher truths can no longer be reached via deduction/induction but rather thru “ihsan” (mysticism)

Blessed salaams Fawad. Often, a teacher and shaykh of tarbiyya may say something which 1) tests the heart of people, 2) arrests the thinking mind. Keep in mind that the goal of al-Islam is the transcendence of mind and ego-based consciousness, and the awakening of the consciousness of the heart. Thus, awliya throughout history have said things that were controversial, and often were criticized, yet their speech was never without wisdom. And Allah Almighty knows best. Divine and blessed regards.

Okay let's pretend he did that to test the minds and hearts of his followers. It's wrong for many reasons, first, a Kafir can never be saint, this is out of Shariya, second for the sake of argument, let's pretend he tested his followers, how come after testing he did not say this back to his followers that it was a test as many other Shoyoukhs will do this, thirst and last, as far as I know he died on this and did not retract.

@@lionofallah3441 It appears that you are making statements like god. If your statement has to be true, you must be a god. And if you are god you have a form.

@@utubsee1 According to Hinduism, Athman *is* Brahman. Thus, according to your own ideology, I am allowed to make statements like God because I am God. Close your eyes. Try to conjure up an image of God. If you are able to- then the image you have conjured up isn’t God. But if you can’t- and never will you be able to, then leave falsehood and embrace the Truth. Krishna has an image- it’s an idol. Therefore, Krishna isn’t God. Anyone who has ascended the spinal column and into the crown can affirm what I am saying to you. God has no image. An Image is finite, Allah is infinite.

@@lionofallah3441 Muslims associate literature with god. One can also associate music with god, art with god. Why limit it to literature (one of the three pillars of culture)?
