That is cool! They teach the kids how the ciphers work and stuff! It is a shame this is only in Scandanavia (at least, as far as I know), cause I think my 12 year old brother would like this. We watch the show together and it's awesome. I did notice the slight higher pitch in the voices too. I thought that was the work of early installment weirdness at first, sometimes how voices sound different in their first episode compared to the latest one.

Having grown up with the Discovery Channel I find this pretty cool. Definitely for the younger audience, but still cool.

This mini show can have much things that theorists haven't solved. I've seen this on Disney channel before. But alex put so much mysteries on the show. If i was a theorist, this show would be perfect for solving things. Some people don't understand how awesome this show is. THERE'S EVEN A MINISHOW WHERE YOU SOLVE SOME MYSTERIES!!! it's obvious that nobody can solve all of the mysteries. But i find them all the time. There are so much of them. C'MON MATPAT WHERE ARE U AT!!???

They forgot in the end credits the cipher is not always three letters back, to know what cipher it is you have to play the opening song back words and a voice will whisper what cipher it is. I think there are 3 ciphers...

I think the Llama is Pacifica because not only is she the opposite of Mabel, she could also be described as a bit of a 'Drama Llama'. Or, both could be Mabel (is she more important than we think?), or the Llama could be someone we have not met yet.

Possibly due to be recorded of satelite tv or cable, where often in Scandinavia Channels come with language options, but the text and graphics are still the localized version for that particular region.

Countries that broadcast in PAL format have a slightly higher framerate than our TV stations in the US, so the videos will always play slightly faster to avoid choppy framerates.

As a swed myself, the pronounciation of C and Z sounds about the same to most of us, so it's easier to say Zed when refering to Z.

I agree, though the narrator seemed to be using a "talking to 6 year olds" voice. Sure he was talking about cryptograms and ciphers but he didn't need to use the voice reserved for asking what sound a cow makes.

The ending has a reversed message, then the same message played regularly, from what I can tell. It's hard to hear though. "Don't fall for it now"?

I just checked out of curiosity, because I have the same problem in Sweden, but I found some guy saying you can change the settings on your TV to switch to English. "Press the settings button, and choose language"

I'm assuming this was specifically created for people who are late getting into the show and/or people unaware of the huge community of decoders and theorists on the internet. And, as Greta Curley said, for younger kids who wouldn't catch stuff like this. I am a little disappointed that they didn't mention the backwards message in the intro as well, since they were already going over secrets in the intro.

I think they haven't changed anything. The episode where Dipper gets his 'new' hat, the one you refer to as blue and white with a pine tree is later on in the series. I also think Stan's voice the same... but I'm not absolutely sure about this last one.
