Seeing your video gave me the idea and confidence to replace my own hail damaged moonroof on my 2005 Honda CRV. Doing it myself saved me $800. It was taking me forever to get the shims in until I thought to secure all of the bolts loosely with the nuts. This kept the bolts on one side from popping out when I was trying to shim the otherside. For anyone else wanting to replace their own moonroof then loosely secure the moonroof bolt with the nuts to hold everything in place while putting in the shims. Things went quickly after I figured that out. So, thanks for saving me so much cash...

So sorry to hear about your friend's passing! Thanks for making this video! I think I'm going to need to do this on my '05 CR-V which appears to have some debris lurking underneath the inside of the sunroof shade. I can't seem to find any other way to get in there and vacuum all that stuff out of there, but I want it gone! So I guess I have to do what I have to do!
