But in my openion some how our officiers are baised on religious n ethnic backgrounds... Missuse of crown powers by an indivial is most common sence our officers feel proud of..

Sir with the core of my heart, I am really thankful to you for raising voice for these officers and people of Pakistan. With all due respect Sir, I think Musharraf was largely responsible for all this dilemma when he abolished magisterial powers of bureaucracy under the pretext of empowering people. In my point of view it was the biggest blunder in order to weaken the writ of the government of Pakistan. What he did was that he directly jumped from Indian "AFSAR SHAHI" to modern full fledged established democracies giving examples of UK. You were quite right about giving example of police constable managing traffic. Today even of a magistrate gives a challan to someone, then the court calls the person and insults him in front of people and court. And lastly, I think no one can give any better overview of whats going in Pakistan with bureaucracy.

Imran Anjum Sir, just want to share my thought after reading your comments. You are absolutely right, Sir Ashir Azeem has suffered a lot and I think his family must have suffured more then him as i am sure Sir Ashir Azeem is a real motivated soul and a tough "MAN". My point is that look, those people who created hurdles and impediments in his way, for no bloody lawful reason, are not known to any one. What you think they wont get the reward for what all wrong they have done in the world hereafter ? And look at other side, Sir Ashir Azeem is known to everyone. You respect him, i also love him and hundreds of thousands more like us here in Pakistan. He is contributing to the best of his experience knowledge and abilities for building minds of the nation. I think Sir Ashir Azeem is Like legendary late " Ashfaq Ahmed " of our modern time.. Its always the few individuals who are negative elements in every setup, not the complete institution. Custom deptt must have also honest dedicated and spirited souls. Agar koi unn ki qadar na karay tuo kia howa?? Allah Talah will reward them. This our belife. Agar kuch ghalat laga, tuo iam sorry brother. Take care.

I always felt that csp is taking in creme de la creme which makes it really unlikely for them to become bad workers and corrupt. The circumstances and the system is much more at fault for making most of them that way. Waiting for the next parts..

Aaslam o Alaikum Sir Hope you will be fine. Pakistan is full of honest and competent officers they just need to be backed up by their dept. Heads and leaderships. I hope that this new govt will reduce the gap with officers and public. I wish your ideas would be listened by PTI minds who have to implement. KP police has improved in last 5 years and public has trust on them now because they are working for the public snd reducing the gap / fear between police and public. Yes as a latesr incident happened where one warden sadly were beaten by people just becauss he was performing is job, the govt should immediatly punish those culprits involved in that incident! Just how dare they touch the government servant while he is on duty.

Try putting your videos into audio format in the form of a podcast maybe, will serve well for future proofing (database) and allowing us to listen to even longer pieces as podcast. Also keeps a continuity and provides you with better oversight and avoid repetition.
