Muringa caps…1 prebreakfast 2glasses of water 11/2 after egg breakfast badam chia seed two spoons Green tea or tea or black tea Akrot,chana Multi grain ate ki roti add in ramzan Lunch 2glass water Salad steam cauliflower, plate of salad broccoli muli soup, azwain Leomon ice berg leaves. After 15 mnts, multigrain roti, small size 12 lukme… boiled chane , goust, chicken little rice Anaar, naaspati, amrud,apple, bare avoid banana apricots, mangoes. At 4 clock no biscuits Shaami , sunflower seeds with cover cheel kar khaana before dinner briskwalk 30 to45 minutes Multiple grain aata ki roti vegetable soup before bed Milk dinner .diet plan for weight management tq

I am disable person can not walk even smartly, i walk on 2 cluches quite slowely but i reduced my 15 Kg weight in 4 months. There is nothing easy than losing my weight. I never kept myself hungry. Just change the food stuff and be there smart and healthy.

Suba uth k pre breakfast gap one houre two glass water with two to five gram moringa after that nashta one boiled egg almond socked 15 and chia seeds two tea spoon after one houre u can take dood pati or green tea and can take nuts or dopehar ko Pani pean two glass and salad one plate steamed or fresh with 🍋 is ka 15 minut bad ek roti ya rice with salan
