All those buttons to do one task would send me nuts, give me a big lever any day. But then I learnt on rope operated excavators back in the 1960s before hydraulics, the only things electric was the starter and the cab light.

You should get Tim back to weld you a couple of brackets on the side of the barn so you can hang the hurdles up while not in use.

Mother used to make beef mince n chopped onion cottage pie with a pastry top with boiled potatoes,peas and carrots for veg as Father didn't go for mash. NZ lamb was for roasting a leg joint Sunday or chump chops in the week.

I've never seen such a complicated procedure for operating a tractors hydraulic system. It might look flashy, but electronics are always liable to go wrong. Plus the fact that you couldn't see the hitch from the seat.

The tractor cab sure seems good, but it also seems so big it’s hard to see the hitch. I guess you’ve got to take the good with the bad.

..... Holy Moly .. you mentioned that you slowed down the hydraulics, in my opinion things still moved pretty fast and would not want to be doing something finiky with such eager reactions ... with the hitch in the home position is it higher than your Case, trailer did not seem to be level, possibly front axel rubber barely touching the ground, could have been an illusion also. .... Why are there two rams per side to raise the loader? .. thought maybe you would take the bale over t'other farm with the tractor and play with the loader thingy, but then again maybe the bail spike does not fit ... thx for the share FP .. as always .. never stop dreaming, just dream bigger .. have fun be safe, save our oceans ....

Perhaps the pick up hitch quick response is due to the revs the tractor was sitting at seemed a bit too fast for idling tto me 🤔 really nice looking tractor though 👌

I know you can turn it down but the PUH and linkage as savage quick!😳.I do like that bar less screen/roof section, looks better than my Sanderson!🤣

You need something like the John Deere hitch assist where you can creep the tractor forward and backward from the rear fender controls. It sure makes hooking up implements a lot easier.

Hi Ian, I think that roll back sunroof majigge is great for loader work , but that pick up hitch is way too urgent! Nice looking tractor though!😀

That's needlessly complicated for the spools and loader. My T5 has a couple of electric spools which are controlled by a single cross gate button on the joystick, but it also has separate buttons for each on the armrest. Much simpler. The Claas 400 series must have gotten bigger since they increased the HP on them, they used to be fairly small.

we had minced beef with onion and gravy, with all the veg but we also had quartered baked potato because i bought the wrong spuds apparently, a spud is a spud to me its white and starchy and makes good mash... how ever they were good roasted as well in airfryer...

Whoa! That hitch cylinder for in and out is dangerous. Might be the right speed with the engine off! Can you feather it with the joystick? So to start and end up hitched it's 5 or 6 steps? I'm definitely old. You are NOT as you are clicking right along.

Machine looks good, I’m sure is good but talk about over complicating every move….not to mention likelyhood of faults. Think I’ll stick to my 6410 John Deere with 14000hrs

You need to slow the flow rate down on the hitch spool. The 460 isn't as big as the t5 though is it??

Believe me as a farm business of your size Ian you don't need to change tractor unless you have another good source off income because you are betraying that beef farming is profitable . If KZfaq pays for it go for it mate.👍

I think you might understand when I say there is just something about the Class I cant take to just doesn't do it for me somehow, I know I'm not driving it or have seen it but I cant just like it, that really doesn't make any sense at all but I just don't like Ha.
