As soon as you turn off the alarm clock, turn on the radio or some music and exercise for 15-20 minutes. Then eat a good breakfast and go over the to-do list that you jotted down the night before. Easy!

For my experience snoozing the alarm helps me, my alarm is always 20 min earlier the morning prayer time and i wake up fresher wen i snooze 10min , good for me i dont go deep sleep after i snooze. By the ways thakns for the advice

My habit everyday will stop alarm, i will arrange my pillow, blanket and bed to arrange. Then I will go to toilet for toothbrush and shower. After that prayer then will go to kitchen for breakfast. After breakfast i will go back to my room to fix my self for work.

I have a built-in snooze button..... Whenever I wake up... my phone display shows that it is the second or third alarm. So it means that I was asleep all the time the first alarm was ringing..
