As soon as you turn off the alarm clock, turn on the radio or some music and exercise for 15-20 minutes. Then eat a good breakfast and go over the to-do list that you jotted down the night before. Easy!

Excellent lesson !! After waking up drinking 2 glasses of water which is dipped with 5 dates is a better choice for the rejuvenation.

I wake up before alarm rings when I have my job interview even after having 3 to 4 hr sleep.so never miss my interview. Thats called the tension...

Well, i often wake up at 5:30, then start my day by a cup of pure water, then take the breakfast, then use a cup of green tea at 7:00. Is it a bad habit?

Which leaves me wondering......hmm...I'm 44 and I'm getting advice from a bunch of ladies and gents who are nearly half my age??? it's still great FREE......and I say again....... Great video...still depends on person to person..well i do one thing for sure...as my 1st step.....open big window...east size..and give a smile which is Thankful smile..bcoz of a new day. This i learned by my dad. I cant tell it as HABBIT...OFCOURSE PASSION. THANK YOU

For my experience snoozing the alarm helps me, my alarm is always 20 min earlier the morning prayer time and i wake up fresher wen i snooze 10min , good for me i dont go deep sleep after i snooze. By the ways thakns for the advice

My habit everyday will stop alarm, i will arrange my pillow, blanket and bed to arrange. Then I will go to toilet for toothbrush and shower. After that prayer then will go to kitchen for breakfast. After breakfast i will go back to my room to fix my self for work.

if you cannot stop slouching, I recc falling from bed. like literally. just bump your body onto the floor. wake up immediatelly. or have someone you live with splash a glass of icy water at your sleepy face.

I have a built-in snooze button..... Whenever I wake up... my phone display shows that it is the second or third alarm. So it means that I was asleep all the time the first alarm was ringing..
