Thanks I hope the 15 mm head 1.50 thread 10mm bolt worked out as im about to go buy 1 Its cool out here today in ohio😅

Check out what I ended up doing I went through 5 bolts I am on the 6th now look on my channel for 1 2 and 3 I have 3 videos that are new in reference of this problem

This is my 2nd time the idler pulley broke. Very frustrated, just did a brake job.

Hey I happen to come across your video while searching. I have a very easy way for you to get that out. If you have the other end, take it apart and get to the bolt. Screw the bolt in all the way without the pully and it pops it right out

I couldn't get that to work I am actually going to be installing my 5th bolt and am going to have to figure something else out

Hey man quick question .. what else did you have to take off to allow the pliers to grip that bolt? I took off the belt tensioner but I still have limited space and can’t grip that broke bolt

I removed alt it's not that bad

Sorry I’m obviously not a good listener . You said you removed the alternator too. Do you have a video on that with this specific car?

If you need more info lmk I can try to help ya if you still have the air cooler line that goes over the engine you have to remove that I think they are 10mm and the alt has 2 different size bolt/nuts on it
