CABooger... I did scrape the pipe in one turn on Deal's Gap but as stiffer spring was soon added to the rear. I haven't scraped since. I'm a big guy and I like twisties. I love the X-Long Strat pipes on this Roadliner.

kf4jfk you must have the Hard Chrome pipes that I put on my Roadliner S.

Looking and sounding good. Any scrapping of the pipes on right turns?

Omg that bikes a true stunner, have you ever tried the raider? Its one of my current bikes and would love the comparison
@kf4jfk7 жыл бұрын
Joe D. I actually sold this bike a couple years ago. It's a great bike but couldn't work past my tailbone issue. I ride quite a few raiders as I own my own shop. Exact same motor as roadliner but yours is a lil more raked in the front.

kf4jfk great man, that is such a pretty bike, its more pretty then the raider for sure.... and the color is amazing

is it faster with those pipes? did you have to add another fuel computer?
@kf4jfk6 жыл бұрын
I did install a power commander. I am a very seasoned tech and those that say you dont need a tuner are wrong. It it well worth the investment!!!

Hey, these extra longs are said that they cannot be fitted on a roadliner, stratoliner only ?? did you need to mod anything ?? I have a roadliner and really want these
@kf4jfk2 жыл бұрын
They will absolutely fit. Mine fit quite well and never had an issues. There is a third exhaust hanging bracket that I didn’t use because I didn’t have saddle bags. No issues at all.
@chezzy002 жыл бұрын
@@kf4jfk Yeah thats what I gathered, how long did you have them fitted for, people have told me they will not fit lol, and some say yes it fits but they are under stress without that back bracket etc... also mines 2013 year but i presume the engines are all the same regarding head size
@kf4jfk2 жыл бұрын
@@chezzy00 mine was a 2009 brand new out of the crate. I had zero issues and inspected it thoroughly at every service. I saw no issues. To my knowledge, these pipes are only 8”-10” longer than the pipes made for the Roadliner. I didn’t put but maybe 3-4K on this bike as I could not get away from tailbone issues while riding. I’m not aware of any changes from ‘09-‘13.

Did your gas milage change much?
@kf4jfk6 жыл бұрын
dt1rock The MPG is tricky when dealing with any fuel mgmt system like Power Commander. They can definitely improve your mpg, but it can quickly go away if you start hammering down on the throttle. I guess to answer your question, I averaged about 40 mpg after installing the pipes and tuning the PC.

Did you keep the O2 senser?
@kf4jfk4 ай бұрын
Honestly, It's been years since I built this bike. I'm certain that I did keep the 02 sensors, but I also had a Power Commander V on it.

just a harley clone

Combustion69 never claimed it was a Harley.

2/3 the price, more comfortable, more reliable and bigger/more powerful engine than most of HDs.

Thats an insult thinking yamaha is an overpriced pile of shit

No disrespect to Harley but I don't understand why everyone thinks every non-Harley cruiser is a Harley clone. Harley was not the first company to make cruisers in the US or anywhere else in the world.
