Migraine victims for over 20 years ....... #1 thing to be aware of is if you are not a migraine sufferer then headaches should be watched and tracked since they can be a signal for something else ...... But since you did Rock climbing and then had a headache it was probably just from the exercise ( maybe a more water was needed or a bit more energy from food ) I'm not a doctor just a migraine victim and have learned a bit

I suffer from weather triggered migraines so I feel your pain! I can literally be fine one minute and than the pressure system changed and bam I'm hit. I've been stuck in bed for days and days sick to my stomach and a throbbing head. This didn't start until i was about 23. So I hope this was a one off time for you. Its not fun living with this. Glad your feeling better Alfie. and YAY 100,000,000,000 views. You deserve all the recognition in the world!

I suffer from migraines a lot ... I also vomit too. It ruins my whole day and I feel like I want to die.! Before I get a migraine My vision goes and I see wuzzy images. Things that trigger my migraines are MSG, strong cheese, too much sugar, avocado, banana, and that's all I know...
