Recipe credit: Better from Scratch w/tweaks
1 box white vanilla cake mix
1 3.9 oz box of vanilla instant pudding mix
1 c. sour cream - full fat
4 large eggs - room temperature
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
Sprinkles
Frosting
1 pack of 8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c. butter softened
2 c. powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 mins depending on your oven

I had some of nothing bundt cake bundtinis this weekend. I couldn't believe how they can get away with calling their frosting cream cheese frosting, it tasted nothing like cream cheese. I bake for people all the time ( I don't eat baked goods) Every time I use cream cheese frosting the feed back is always omg the cake was amazing the best frosting ever. My frosting actually tastes like cream cheese.
