"Jusant" so far might be the closest to actual climbing video game I've seen. Not perfect, but surprisingly close to the real thing (if we ignore leg work, which we shouldn't really). There instead of you wanting it to end quicker, you'd be pissed that it ended too soon and you're gonna want more.

Hey, you should try to play this ancient climbing game called GIRP (not GRIP). You can even do dynos if you're skilled enough! A warning tho, you might wanna get a backup keyboard beforehand in case you smash the one you're using to bits, lol.
