I wish you all a happy new year 2024! May this song accompany you on your first meditations this year and bring up all the intentions that you bring for the new year.
Close your eyes, take a deep breath and imagine a bright, clear path unfolding out before you. This path represents the new year! Walk along this path and visualize yourself walking through the year with lightness, clarity and anything else that seems to be helpful.
Let go of all worries and trust that everything unfolds in the best way possible 🤍
