Most of the time there is no oil in it so it bounces back and forth so softly, look at my video of the Toyota FJ40 there is not a drop of oil in it

Really fantastic. Funny to have characters in driver seat. Love the real look of the models makes the vid so real. Makes me want one. Im thinking a 4door jeep or the 4door 2022 Bronco.

You have some of the most beautiful scale rigs, your tires are what do it though, how much weight are you running to get them to squish like that?

Hey mate, just recently started my own lc80 build on a new kit chassis by 3 racing and was wondering how you managed to get the suspension go be so realistic? Also if anyone else has some tips suspension wise that would be great Cheers

Probably only a few drops of oil in the shocks.

@@WIMBIRC same, I use cooking oil so it's less springy but still very realistic. Buuuuuttttttt that makes it verrrry easy to roll over. Rolled my 3d printed, very detailed and expensive toyota ln106 pickup body mounted to a scx10 of a 2 story rock. It just can't handle any angles on its side. Somehow it survived with one singular small scratch.

@@WIMBIRC just realised this is my comment ahaha. Sold the 80 series unfortunately, very realistic body and put a fucking azmaing paint job on it. 3 tone colour and trim and all. But that 3 reaching chassis was 275mm and I needed it to be 315mm so it never really worked or drove straight. Plus it was on small wheels and the shocks were on 70mm. Really would have loved to use that 2 speed transmission though. I judt prefer scx10s as I can put crazy flex into them as thry can handle larger shocks. I've got 115mm shocks in mine but they sit low so thry look like 90mm shocks, so it looks quite scale. Until I flex it, then it can flex over anything. Have a good one man. Love the rc community

@@keqrou yes, you're right, with soft oil you'll tip over quickly :DI don't really care about the chassis, the main thing is that it looks realistic :D but that's just because of my videos, optics come before performance
