I'm having trouble making perfect 1:72 scale brickface. Need a straightedge 0.75 mm thick. Any ideas?

You can use a T-square to help get straight lines. If you need a custom ruler I know you can go to most metal shops and ask if they can cut out what you need and fairly cheap depend what you need. I have four metal/machine shops near me that always glad to help.

Where do you get your foam board you use for the rocks and building.

I put links in my new video for the foam but, i get my foam from the hardware store and the thin foam from dollar tree.

yes it helps the paint from chipping better then modge podges does on this project
