Everything about this is next level. Wow. After the shift linkage, I was waiting to see the gas pedal actuate the throttle body. Lol! All it’s missing is working lights! Amazing!

Beautiful model, it's so detailed that the screws look so out of place,also i'd wear gloves handling this or any other model, cheers for the video.

Car Beer Very reasonable price seeing as there is only very minor damage I think I remember seeing this car on eBay a while back, maybe not the same one but I didn't have the money at the time unfortunately

This is the second Kourus I see with the underpaint bubbling up blemish ot top of the front fenders, you can see it between 6:30 and 6:34, my Kouros is about 95% smooth in the same spots, yet I have now another four C9's that have zero finish issues. I wonder if who painted the Kouros edition had some bad habit in the same spot.........all casts are the same, must be the paint prep in this area.

@@szpecunio I managed to find a very good deal a week ago and bought my Exoto C9 (the 1988 Spa winning #62 livery) for only 300 euros (so about 360$)! So happy with it :D

I'm interested in purchasing one but can you please explain to me how you were able to remove the whole roof and pillars section and make it a roll-able chassis? I've seen the roll-able chassis for sale and the model itself for sale, but I didn't know there was a version of the full model with the option to make it a roll-able chassis at the same time??? I though you either get one or the other

I've a few models in my showcase, 2 X 300 SLRs, 1 being the 722 signed by the late Sir Stirling Moss, the other a Uhlenhaut Coupe with the great big muffler and a Blue Wonder Transporter to round it off - they are CMC, as is my AM DB4 Zagato and the Ferrari Pontoon Fender, I have the Ford GT 40 from Exoto and this Sauber C9, no collection is complete without this masterpiece.

Awesome video I have a Exoto Silver Prototype Sauber Mercedes C9 on the way to me at the moment, are all these features like removing the body etc, common to all the Exoto C9 Mercedes', or only specific to the blue version as featured in this video?

How did you remove the top body to expose the chassis? I hve the #63 and I removed the 4 screws underneath but still can’t remove the shell lol

I have the same model and I am having trouble removing the center top, there are also 4x screw on the bottom of the model (I have removed), still no luck. Any tips?

Nicholas Blumling hi, unscrew the 4 screw, and slowly remove the cowling , I do it from the front end. You have to do it slowly , and take a look a on the 2 oil cover on top of the cowling bcoz it connects to the body and also there is air intake on each side, it might be glued to the the cowling. Most of the parts is fragile connection, so you have to be super careful. :)
