Living room too small, bedrooms are also small except master bedroom ,those bulbs looks disappointing , the AC vents should face outwards otherwise the hot air will enter through balcony door.

Everytime. ZRicks uses a loop camera in all their videos which makes everything look bigger. If you want to know the difference just check that the sides of their video look nearer than usual and the centre of the video shows everything farther. Check when the camera turns toward left or right.

Very poor property , small size bedroom with almost no wardrobes (the wardrobes shown are for formality , that little space you cant really store much) living room is small , almost no dining room ...it appears to be a passage rather than a living room. It wasn't necessary to give a servant room if you had to compromise on the living space!

@@unclewithtits Hahaha.. This is epic! A well kept secret it seems. Is your brother facing challenges from the time he shifted ? I’ve taken one resident’s feedback who lived on rent since 2020 in 1920 sq feet unit. I did not get any red flags. I have a negotiation call tomorrow for a 1995 unit.
