I feel like sand should become renewable when archeology gets implemented, I feel there's a way for them to implement creating sand from the sifting process.
@jasonreed7522
@jasonreed7522 Жыл бұрын
I think a simple answer would be that sifting converts 1 dirt into 1 sand plus other sifting products. (The difference between dirt and sand irl is mainly the addition of soil organics and some greater variation in particle size) And from a a renewability standpoint piglins provide gold and through bartering provide gravel, gravel can be combined with dirt to make course dirt which can be converted back to dirt in world through several methods. (Although to be fully automatic you need 2 players, i think you can also do it with a stone gen -> moss -> azalea tree + rooted dirt -> dirt + oak logs)

Farm idea: have two separate farms, one that grows, dries out, and then breaks the coral, and one for the sand. Have the dried coral items where you can pick them up as you go back and forth in a minecart manually placing the coral, and have the water flowing away from you so that you dont pick up any sand. This should counter the randomness of the coral and make it so you dont have to detect when it dissapears

You don't need to place sign in mob chamber. Creeper will die automatically and water will push down all the mobs they will not swim up.

Loving the series so far! I started my own Skyblock world, and I just got my first villager! Electrocuting the pigs was very fun.

The donkey can also have a chest put on the saddle to increase its carrying capacity. This would allow better movement of items from the farms that are away from the base area.

If you build diagonally, thanks to the magic of triangles, you could cut that 6000 block hike down to around 1341 blocks, assuming a perfect square.

I think I'd prefer a dead coral block with a dripstone under, similar to the mud>clay mechanic

but that pulls water out; what we're doing here is essentially the opposite... pushing the material (coral) out

Coral on side of blocks is vanilla behaviour, you can make a super fast coral farm that way, no grass to deal with.

Copper farm based on zombie reinforcements is tough. Wooden swords along with not having armor stands makes it pretty pesky to start up, but there's a point where you have enough zombies to overcome it.
