1-2-1-1 Full Court Press Basketball Drills, in this video I breakdown different Basketball Defense drills that will help teach your team how to run a 1-2-1-1 Full Court Press Defense, and also how to break a press defense. The first Basketball drill in this video is a 2 on 3 triangle full court drill, while the second Basketball drill is a 1 on 2 full court defense drill and a 2 on 3 recovery Basketball Defense Drill.
