I heard that building is a nightmare for the residents. Fire alarms every other day. Not a flex if you live in a penthouse and still have to ride the same elevator down with everyone. Should have their own floor elevator.

A JOKE. ? Tiny, builders grade everything. Cheap furnishings. Cheap electric panel door in hall. Closet kitchen. Etc. Too high for safety.

Thats a tiny kitchen for a penthouse. And a tiny electric stove. For a penthouse I'd expect gas.

@@AwesomeCanadianHomes What I dont understand is developers shrinking kitchens to almost nothing (all along one wall). Id rather they shrunk the living room a bit to create a full size kitchen with a double door fridge. When people loose their covid bubble jobs to AI they wont have any money to spend on Uber Eats and will need to learn to cook.
