I was an office assistant of a married catholic priest, who was the Spiritual Director in Pastoral care at a former Catholic hospital 20 years ago, which is when I found out he entered a rite that accepts married men, if married BEFORE entering the priesthood. I didn’t encounter a Catholic over the years aware of that. I had to quit cause the priest made our workplace “hell.” He apparently wasn’t satisfied with his adoring family, and it wasn’t until I was being asked by women why I was quitting (I wouldn’t provide details) that a sexual harassment lawsuit was being filed against him. They asked me to help take him down, I refused. Marriage isn’t the solution for sexual addictions.

Bishop Carlton Pearson is a walking amplified bible (but the difference is he is a living Word of Love). I know i maybe should be using past tense, but i couldnt in this instance. He may have transitioned, but i believe his spirit will continue to inform, reform, and teach. I dont know anyone who teaches the way Pastor/Bishop Carlton Pearson has. His recent KZfaq ministry, Expanded Consciousness is so aptly named, not just for its emphasis on expanding ones consciousness, but the way Bishop Pearson shares the expansion of a word (many words). I know no one else who teaches or has taught this way, as a norm. It has been a norm for Carlton Pearson for a loooong time.

Lemme sum up this video for all you poor Christians who seek to remain on the narrow way. The weightier things like holiness, purity, self-control, repentance, which are God's requirements, all suck, so lets do away with those ideas and simply enjoy these sins. I mean, we have the urges and desires for a reason, don't we? So why pretend! And if you protest this idea, well -- guess what, you're a hypocrite because you are tempted! But temptation does not make you a hypocrite. Bishop Carlton says we have these desires for a reason, so why not enjoy them instead of "judging". But here, he inadvertently argues what the Corinthian (6:13) Christians were trying to tell Paul - that we have flesh desires like eating and the stomach to match for a reason, like we have seggsual desires and organs to match. So if eating isn't a sin, why is seggsual immorality a sin? But Paul shuts them down. It's a pity there was no Paul there to correct the Bishop.
