HI, thank you for the video. at 12:35, where you show the inventory after Task 1, of 3000pc. Based on the Takt time of 504pc/day, wouldn't the wait time be 3000pc/504pc/day = 6 days instead of 10 days?

Yes, I am in agreement. However, please do not look at the numbers. It was more intended to clarify the concept only, as I found that many beginners tend to get confused looking at a VSM :)

the time line is not present as shown in your time line symbol. The VA should be on top (peak) while the NVA should be the trough of the time line.

12:05 - lead time, read time, wait time between the process.... or what ? After that what exactly you count 1, 2, 3 ..... 7 what?

Wait time in Days between each process was shown. He was counting the highlighted symbols. Which were identified as waste.
