@@jakesandel628 You can't judge her that easily... Some ppl doesn't have the natural skill to do some things. Haircuts are more like tattoos, not anyone has the skill for GOOD tattoos. Still you can't blame those who try to survive by doing basic haircuts. And for 1 USD, this price is yelling "I'm not that good, but if you really need a quick simple haircut, Its just 1 dollar".

In October, I got a haircut for $1 in Hama, Syria. When I gave the young hairdresser more, he didn't want to accept it at all. This is because the war has been going on for over 11 years and they are not used to tourists and tips. In the end, I still managed to leave him a multiple of the requested amount. He was visibly shocked.
