I agree, now that he's off the drugs, he needs to pay more attention to eating healthier and trying to sleep as well as he can. Maybe a little exercise if he's capable, but I don't know how well he can walk or move without the chair. His body and mind will bounce back a lot more with those things, and he'll feel a lot better. I'm real glad Mike is making positive changes I hope he has an amazing world series this year.

He spent so much time getting off them, which is insanely difficult. That would make no sense to go back on them and start over now. You need to be strong and get through the mental and physical misery. Mike should diet, exercise, and get rest. All that will help him. It will help his mind, and help him have a better year in the series.
