Same. I cracked the bracket the injector was stuck so badly

@@lavrentievv lol I used a puller ended up putting a hole in my cam case. Then ended up unscrewing the injector which ment everything fell out and the sleeve was stuck really badly. In end took the whole head off. Got the puller put some massive plates under them screwed what was left of the injector back in big breaker bar and hope and they came out. Ended up scrapping it a month later after new everything. Because injectors kept stretching the bolts that held them in and got sick of replacing the top piece of crap rubber seal.

@@lavrentievv lol am in Yorkshire pal and puller is fucked bent it trying to pull injectors and it cost me 50 quid was made for the 2.2 hdi couldn't find a 1.6hdi puller that wasn't a silly price that's why I put a hole in cam case because the puller has pins that locate into some of the bolt holes and they didn't line up on the 1.6 which was shit so when head was off I cut the little location pins off and sat the puller on some thick steel bits and with the force pushing down as the injectors trying to come out even bent the metal bits was a pain in the ass. But in the end they did come out. New timing belt water pump coolant brakes head gasket and head bolts. Even got it remapped and I think that's why it kept stretching the bolts really I should of got a thicker bolt and drilled retapped a bigger size thread and then it wouldn't of stretched the bolts as easy they were only Chinese made rubbish anyway bought 3 sets and they all stretched.

@@lavrentievv what you want to do is put the injectors back in that you have taken out if your even that far yet. Take the car for a drive and get the engine as hot as possible something I didn't do. This will loosen all the shit up that surrounds the injectors. Might make it easier for you to take out. I did it middle of winter freezing lol so was a mad experience.

Any competent diagnostic can do that or your local mechanic

@@Outdoorexpeditionreviews I think his point was that he wanted to be able to do it by himself. Without having to rely on expensive mechanic.
