ठन्डाई सिरप
बादाम - १/४ कप
पिस्ता - १/४ कप
खसखस - १/४ कप
तरबूज के बीज - १/४ कप
गुलाब की पंखुरियां - १/४ कप
सौंफ - २ चम्मच
काली मिर्च - १ चम्मच
इलाइची - २ चम्मच
केसर - १ छोटा चम्मच
चीनी - १.५ किलो
नीम्बू का रस - १ चम्मच

Instant Thandai Syrup
Almonds - ¼ cup
Pistachios - ¼ cup
Poppy seeds - ¼ cup
Watermelon seeds - ¼ cup
Rose petals - ¼ cup
Fennel seeds - 2 table spoon
Black pepper - 1 table spoon
Cardamom - 2 table spoon
Safron - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1.5 kg
Lemon juice - 1 table spoon
