I Recommend: - Herta Space Station - Xianzhou Luofu Celestial Ark - Salsotto Moving City (DPS ONLY) Also one more thing worth mentioning: Any characters coupled with low defense and high taunt (for example luocha, tingyun, & yukong all have 100 taunt which makes them prone to being hit) should always have some good survivability min maxed into their sub stats. Again as mentioned in video: 1000 defense is a good ball park number to strive for.

Luocha has so many ways to be built its kinda fun. I personally am gonna go for Perfect Timing(as I have s2) as my plan is to use him mostly with Imbibitor Lunae against Imaginary enemies. As a result the 1 thing my Luocha needs is to be able to resist CC 100%, while keeping my team alive and also CC free. I think a lot of people do not get that you are providing a general guide (and a great one) you dont see their accounts, in the end everyone has to decide for themselves in what situations they wanna use the unit and what purpose the unit has in that team. If you already have a well invested in Natasha or Bailu or even both , your use for Luocha will heavily differ from accounts that dont have any other healer well-built and expect to use Luocha in all situations.

When it comes to light cones it depends on Luocha's eidolons. If you need him to be a healer who won't get debuffed and can tank well enough then the rankings of light cones on the video are accurate. I was lucky to get his e2 with only 120 f2p wishes I had saved up, which gives him more than enough healing boost making it a redundant stat for his light cone. At e1 and e2 it's better to have a lot of energy regen on him to maintain the additional buffs he gives.

8:51 When making a Clara team with Luocha, my Luocha is I think 127 or 130. Would you say speed boots is still the way to go? I think he attacks too much and loses the field very often, but I don’t have enough relics to test this out myself

I actually agree. I'm not min maxing yet due to resources so I couldn't get normal "good" pieces and I wanted to try and make him a sub dps. I couldn't find a ER rope and settled for a Attack rope and basically ended up the same way. I don't understand why everyone is so against a crit chest lol.

Energy Regen Rope + Nat lightcone = ult all the time

Luocha honestly has multiple ways to build, and while your build makes him very versatile, I prefer building him more utility wise. I recommend: QPQ lightcone (the 16 energy is crazy tbh)/ multiplication 3* (this is to make him even better at sp generating, do note the stat is low tho) I personally don’t think shared feelings is any good on luocha as 1 he is already healing alot without much atk invest 2 you personally don’t want to use his skill because he has auto-heal and 3 his auto heal actually doesn’t trigger the lc energy regen For relic I highly recommend 4pc wind set For rope I recommend err rope, preferably vonwacq set For stat/ substat, any hp, def, speed, atk, effect res will work wonders (I personally won’t go for outgoing heal) With this, you can get 1 extra sp every 4 ult (faster if use multiplication), fast ult regen, and extra energy regen for allies if use QPQ While this build works in any team, utility luocha can allow you to go with sp/energy heavy chars like clara, yukong This isnt a negative comment to daddy smack build, I really enjoy his content and believe his versatile luocha build isn’t bad, I just thought it would be good to share different way to build -otto- luocha

Imo, I think his healing just from his traces is just slightly less then enough. So a small amount of attack stat from relic followed by tanky stats such as hp, hp per, def, def per is more effective. Since his healing dosn't take skill point, I consider it as a safety net instead of a main feature. The main feature is the Buff erasure of his ult.

Refreshing compared to the other copy paste guides etc. My end game Luocha build will probably look more like dmg units, because his healing is pretty crazy already lol 😅

I really like ur guides.. and u nailed with SWs one.... started to follow u there. But i think u got somethings not ideal on luochas guide, because hes out for sometime already and theres a "consensus" of some sorts regarding to building him and what seems to be to most ideal, i am not saying ur guide is wrong or anything... is another way to play him... wich is awsome.. but i dont think is the best way. What i am seeing from meta slaves players (like me) is to use him mostly to heal and skill points generation for urs suports and dps, and what they found was to have his field up 24/7 without using a single skill point, (only on emergencys) and the way to do that is with post up LC S2+ with SPD boots and ER rope... and u said all of this is bad for him except the SPD boots.

I think you underestimated quid pro quo and over estimated shared feeling , as 10% er don't work on auto heals for some reason .

Great build! I like that he is pretty versatile stat wise. I run him with an energy regen rope and nats lighcone. So basically, his ult will always be up and that helps ensure that his field will be up as much as possible. So I think Nats lightcone actually isn't a bad choice. Has helped me clear higher stages of MoC without too much hassle.

I have level 4 perfect timing, so I opted for getting as much effect res on his subs as possible, which translates into more healing.

Im on E1 Luocha and R1 Sig. Id go for 4pc Musketeer 2pc keel for the team crit and effect rate, or maybe 2pc station if Im too hardcore on the heals. I have 3 pieces of musketeer and he is currently sporting 3,1k atk 1128 def 3765 HP 7% crit 62% cdmg 18 effect resistance My man is missing 3 pieces and im still tuning Thanks for the tip regarding speed and ER, I also had my doubts considering he pretty much is designed to cycle the burst while uptiming the autoheal for the field deployment so with the sig and that scheme it did seem pointless to build ER.

Personally mine is 2.6k atk. With 1.3 def and 3.7 hp. I have perfect timing on him to reduce the chance of debuffs being applied. I feel as tho people are focuing too much on his dps thing not realizing his main job is to heal haha.

May I ask How does CC resistance interact with effect res? As of CC, that would be any contact effect like imprison and dominance? But, does that value stand on its own or is calculated by +/× Effect resistance?

honestly running Ting for a while i learned something att focused unites are made of paper if you dont give them some def stats especially at AR60+ I'm building Loucha with 1k+ def 4k+ hp and 120 to 130ish speed and what 3.5k+ att and hes doing a perfect job what ever crit and crit dmg stats you can get after this stats are nice to have

His 4 star light cone allows me to run. Moc 10 no problem with full atk. Only time he has ever died first is when he gets CCed.

first team i run jing yuan ,ting and healer and a tank, they survive enough and do the job in like 7 turn in moc 10 and the second team i just run sw ,seele , luocha ,bronya and they clear in 2-3 turn

16:00 as someone who has tested Shared Feelings and Perfect timing on him, I think both are a bit underwhelming imo. Unfortunately with shared feelings he isn’t really skilling nearly enough to make it worth running most of his healing is from the Abyss Flower passive, so it’s a bit wasted on him. Perfect Timing is pretty nice, but the effect resist stacking feels redundant with his trace, also in general I haven’t needed Outgoing healing bonus on him (granted not all my characters are maxed out) his skill pretty much full heals and his passive tops up whatever is missing. Quid Pro Quo (s5), while not ideal at least gave me the most consistent results with passive energy generation, I’m hoping I pull Time waits for no one on standard at some point thou tbh 🤷‍♂️ My Luocha is on full support build right now 4pc Muskteer and 2pc Fleet, Atk% Body (because I didn’t have a healing one, but is probably better for it imo), Spd Boots, Atk% Sphere, and ERR rope (to consistently have the field up)

Your analysis about main stats is pretty good, but you put 0 importance on energy breakpoints, which is something this character can really take advantage of, and really catapults him to a new level.
