Sir kindly request if you can help to clarify whether seafarers, mariners, merchant navy personnel’s, captains, technical service providers, surveyors working outside India in international waters onboard ship/ vessel for foreign companies hired on contract basis( I.e. Not on Employer employee contracts) in Oil and gas industry for pipeline inspection, geological surveys etc considered as supply of services and are they liable to register under gst act ?

@@utkarshrawat2967 1) make class note during class with sir. 2) After completing class of one chapter, than complete that particular chapter from study material on self. 3) repeat point no2 for another chapter. Retained what u study is the only thing to be confident in exam.

At this moment, these GST lectures are amended and are applicable for 2023 exam. There are some 2 to 3 topic of amendments which are not covered in the video but you can find the same in the provided pdf or book.
