Apple oatmeal muffins
Ingredients:
2 apples.
2 eggs.
125ml milk.
1 tbsp honey.
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract.
60g (1/2 cup) dried cranberries.
80g (1/3 cup) ground almonds.
100g (1 cup) oatmeal.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25 minutes.
