✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Soaked Moong Dal(मूंग दाल) - 1/4 Bowl
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
* Potato(आलू) - 1
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
* Water(पानी) - As Required
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Oil(तेल) - Some
For Gravy:
* Tomato(टमाटर) - 6
* Onion(प्याज) - 2
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 4-5
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 3-4
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Water(पानी) - As Required
* Oil(तेल) - Some
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च) - 1/2 Tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - Some
* Garam Masala(गरम मसाला) - Some
* Dried Fenugreek Leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Chole Masala(छोले मसाला) - 1 Spoon
* Curd(दही) - 1/2 Cup
* Boiled Veggies Water(उबली हुई सब्जियों का पानी)
* Green Vadi(हरी वडी)
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Soak some Green Moong Dal for 1-2 hours & then drain out the water.
Take a mixing jar, put soaked Moong Dal, Green Chili, Ginger, peeled & chopped Potato, and Coriander Leaves. Grind well by adding Water as required. Then take out the paste into a bowl. Now put some Turmeric Powder, Salt, mix it well & keep it aside.
For Gravy: Keep the pan on the flame & put Tomato, Onion, Green Chili, Ginger, Garlic, Red Chili Powder, Salt, and Water & boil it by covering it. Then pour the ground batter into the cone & Make small Badi/Vadi as shown in the video. Steam well & keep them for cooling down. Then remove the Vadis from the plate. Take a mixer jar, and put all the boiled Veggies into it. Grind well & make a fine paste & keep the boiled Veggies Water aside. In the same pan, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Crushed Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala & Dried Fenugreek leaves & saute them well. Then put the Groud Veggies Paste. Cover it & cook till the Oil releases the sides. Now add Salt to taste, some Chole Masala & Curd. After then put boiled Veggies and Water in gravy & cook. At last, pour the Badi/Vadi into the gravy. Cover & cook it well. Garnish with Coriander Leaves, long chopped Green Chilli, Ginger & Curd. In this way, Tasty & Delicious Hotel Style Sabji will get ready at home.
