Krasner's soft on crime policy only means fewer crimes are charged, never mind the number actually committed. (just look at retail theft!). I grew up in Penrose/Eastwick...It was nice back in the day. Solid families with people taking care of their properties. You can see that it has become a lot more run down now. I moved out of the city just in time, apparently.
