📍Quantities below ⏬ Baking Cookies made easy! With just 1 Dough you can conjure up 6 different Cookies and even vegan if you use vegetable Margarine. The Cookie Dough does not have to rest, it can be used immediately and is perfect for everyone who doesn't want to prepare different Doughs. You can vary this Recipe infinitely, e.g. by first preparing the Dough without the Almonds, then dividing and mixing 1 Half with Half the Amount of Ground Almonds and the other Half with Ground Hazelnuts.
I baked a total of 129 Cookies from the Dough, namely Snowball Cookies, Jam Cookies, Vegan Crescent Cookies, Linzer Cookies, Chocolate Kipferl and Ischler Cookies. I wish you a lot of fun baking and a wonderful Advent!

Ingredients:
For the cookie dough:
1 ¾ + 2 tbsp (420 gr) Butter or vegetable Margarine (for vegan Cookies)
2 ⅓ (280 gr) Icing Sugar
1 Pinch of Salt
2 tsp of Vanilla Paste or 4 tsp of Vanilla Sugar
2 Cups (200 gr) Ground Almonds or Hazelnuts
4 ¾ (560 gr) of Flour

For approx. 24 Snowball Cookies:
⅕ of the Cookie Dough
1 handful of Almonds or Walnuts
Zest of 1 Tangerine or Orange
Icing Sugar for rolling

For approx. 30 biscuits sticks:
⅕ of the cookie dough
For 1 stick cookie, briefly bring 2 - 3 tablespoons of jam with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the boil

For approx. 24 vegan vanilla croissants:
⅕ of the cookie dough
Mix about 50 g of sugar or powdered sugar with 1 - 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

For approx. 21 chocolate croissants:
⅕ of the cookie dough
150 g chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter

For approx. 20 Linz cookies:
⅕ of the cookie dough
Bring 4 - 5 tablespoons of jam to the boil with 1 - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Icing sugar for dusting

For approx. 10 Ischler biscuits:
Remaining cookie dough
Bring 4 - 5 tablespoons of apricot jam to the boil with 1 - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Cake icing
Whole milk chocolate to decorate
Walnut halves
Chopped pistachios
