One thing I’ve learned as a landscaper is you can walk backwards with the edger after going forward to return the dirt and clipping back Into the lawn and it becomes easier to clean up. Also always having a new blade is key to keep the edges AHH-CRISPY

The rotary scissors are a game changer when it comes to edging. I had a little buyers remorse when i first got it $$$$, but when i seen how crisp it cut that feeling went away. Ego makes rotary scissors but wont sell it in the United States.

Mowing lawns for a living, I get a perfect edge just using my string trimmer. I have an expensive walk behind edger that I haven't used in years. It just takes a little practice and saves a lot of extra steps.

I'm the only home owner on my street that does this, I have no sidewalk or elevated curb, I have a concrete gutter and the concrete driveway. I have the rotary scissors I use for edging. I have a block of wood that I ripped a groove in it and it slides onto the fin on top of the Rotary Scissor top. I have screws on each side pinching it in place At the tip I have a bolt I can replace and adjust but mostly it is set and forget for edging the concrete. I use it each time I have to trim because it is always there. I love your videos, keeps an older guy inspired.

Currently I am using the ryobi expand-it string trimmer and edger, Im happy with the results, but I am looking to drop a few dimes on some type of a rotary scissor attachment. Unfortunately, ryobi does have a plug and play option (that i know of). So i will have to get a little Frankenstein creative. I beleive that will aid into my trimming looking next level 💯😮.

Hola, tu cesped es de lo más perfecto que he visto pero quiero darte mi opinión de profecional, cuando cortas el vorde deves inclinar la herramienta un poco asia dentro y no hacia fuera como lo has hecho, asi evitas que algunas plantas de cesped queden pegadas al cemento, asi evitarias usar la pala de media luna etc, o si lo cortaras con el accesorio de hilo tambien evitarias que quedara cesped pegado al cemento, otra cosa te recomiendo que cortes vertical o dejando un pequeño canal en el virdillo del parterre de plantas y junto a la valla de madera, asi quedaria mejor, espero que te sea util los consejos, saludos

Love the videos. Just wanted to tell you about what I did for ALLERGIES. Went to an allergist and he prescribed Dymista. It's basically Flonase with a touch of steroids. I have had no side effects. Unfortunately it works best when you start before the allergy season. Ask your doctor of course. It truly changed my life for the better.

😂😂😂 I say if you have all the batteries for Milwaukee go Milwaukee… I don’t have experience with them but have years experience with ego and can tell you I love the lineup! I have the 16” line iq with power load and the 15” with power load both the carbon fiber ones and they are amazing machines 😊🤙🏾

My good friend is all Milwaukee and has the $1100 mower and he says it's an absolute beast. Also the new Makita 40v mower dominates the Ego on many video reviews on here, I've used it and it's insane but $150 cheaper than Milwaukee so I'd say the Milwaukee is probably #1, makita 40 #2, ego #3. From what I've learned and seen.

Rotary scissor just comes by itself … I had to buy the ego string trimmer attachment, take off the string trimmer head and replaced it with the rotary scissor 😊🤙🏾

If I could ask a question? How many volts is your trimmer? I bought the same setup as yours, but my 80v GreenWorks or 30cc trimmer cannot turn the blades. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Sticking the blades of the rotary scissors into the ground and not using it strictly for horizontal trimming will dull and destroy the blades. When rotary scissors are used as edgers, that ruins the unit for horizontal trimming.

@@YardBrah Something works and is fine, until it is not. I depend on my rotary scissors to provide a professional finish to lawns. I use a stick edger to make the vertical edge in a lawn not the rotary scissors.

Unfortunately we have to wait for Sunjoe version 2.0 😂 If there were any good ones I would have modded one already but they are all 2.5ah battery dinky reel mowers... I have a 6ah battery in the sunjoe and it spins like crazy now! If I do find one you'll def see a video on it my dude 😊🤙🏾

Yeah unfortunately irrigreen hasn't contacted me yet so it's just as painful for me to watch the water on the asphalt If i adjust it won't hit the sidewalks and those will turn crispy... I've been dealing with this same above ground irrigation for 3 years now and its set perfect so the grass doesn't turn brown 😂😂😂
