Thanks, I appreciate your comment. I am amazed that these 2 lightweight inverters can start and run a large load. The technology keeps improving so quickly that it makes it easier to set up your own solar off grid system. It is extremely affordable to set up system DIY. I have 2 more EG4 inverters on the way. I will try to connect all 4 to get 6000 watts on each leg for a total of 12,000 watts output. I believe I can get the full 12kw out of 4 inverters. I have 2-12kw Growatt inverters and the most I could get out was 7500 watts. I look forward to testing EG4 inverters. Hope you have a truly wonderful and extremely blessed 2024.

I have a soft start on the 3 1/2 ton, 4 ton ac’s and on the 12.7 ton pool heat pump pool heater. I was unable to start all of these without a soft start. Hope you have a truly wonderful and extremely blessed 2024

When I was trying to start my 3 1/2 ton ac with the 12kw low frequency Growatt it would not start without a soft start. The inrush amps were 78 amps. That is almost 18,000 watts. The 12kw Growatt can surge to over 36,000 watts and it could not start the ac. I won’t try disconnecting my soft starts with these EG4 3000 watt inverters. I will let someone else try that. I showed you could start a 3 1/2 ton ac with just one battery so you can air conditioner house all day long but won’t be enough battery to get you through the nigh. Still that would save you around 60-70 percent of electricity bill since you are cooling house in the hottest part of the day. I air conditioning my house down to 64-68 degrees in the day and that super cooled my house so when I switched to grid power at night, I used very little electricity. My LRA for 3 1/2 ton is 75.0 and for my 4 ton is 105.5. My 12.7 ton pool heater LRA is 185.0. I can run all 3 with my 12kw Growatt but have I will have to connect 4-EF4 3000 watt inverters to try and start 12.7 ton pool heater. Let me know if you have any other questions.

@@terrahillfarm solar is so much fun to share. It really is pretty easy if you know nothing about off grid solar. I to am amazed at what I can run with solar, now I am working on increasing the output of my inverters. Fine tun ins the solar arrays and getting some new much more efficient solar panels.
