i mean this with no exaggeration when i say that florian may have the worst introductory essence to date ( obvious exceptions are obvious ) … worsened tangentially by him being the most mid character netease has dropped in a good minute. his deductions / chr day letter better work wonders.

How to fix him? I guess it could be good if Florian could change 15 stacks of Temporary Threshold Shift to one ball. It could make his kite better, ball could be renewable, but Florian should make good kite to get another ball.

I’m pretty sure that the design team has been changed or something. This team seems to prefer special effects over the elaborate details that the S skins once were known for.
