I tried this app before. It really is bad. Sometimes buffering is caused by too many apps running in the background. Try "background apps and processes list" and do a force stop on each app that is running

I thought, unless entirely necessary, that you shouldn't clean caches so much as it tends to make the app open and respond slower.
