There probably should be some change to the dimensions of the court , especially for men's tennis. However, I must contest your assertion that skills have diminished, quite the contrary the skill levels of the modern era dwarfs the previous generation. Make no mistake, these modern players even with wooden racquets will demolish them.

When the user applies this advantage, they are performing at a certain level, due to the application of the technology. It's like someone in a self driving car traversing around a race course, they are simply sitting and the technology is getting them around the course, a golfer uses a new tech driver and drives the ball 250 yards, birdies the hole, hand him a wood driver and he drives 180 yards, bogies the hole, a college baseball player uses an advanced composite bat and hits a 450 foot homer, using wood in the MLB, the ball travels 370 feet and is caught for an out. These are all facts, the players you are seeing in tennis now, would not be this level using the original technology, the technology is assisting them, Tennis is ruined due to this, Golf is less so as golf is 7,000 yards, where tennis is a mere 82 feet long, this is the stat that separates tennis from other sports, it's an extremely small surface, you can't mess with this surface, tennis sold out to the manufacturers and marketing companies.

Federer chips or slice back his backhand return too much in his early career. used to work but he had to change that approach as he was getting pounded on weak returns.

Great comment and thanks for sharing your experience - that's amazing that you've been to the tournament so many times! Many other fans that I talked to had been to multiple other big tennis tournaments and grand slams, yet still said Cincinnati was the best fan experience!

Thanks RigMaster for watching and the feedback! I’ve contemplated a fixed camera angle but I find that the players go out of view when running side to side since there’re so close up. I do use a gimbal to film so the video is much more stabilized than holding the camera by hand. If the consensus that fixed angle is better to watch, I’m all for shooting the next videos in it!

You're talking about platform and pin-point serve stance. In Pin-point you can get more power and less control, for platform it's vice versa. But at the end of the day it comes to what are you most comfortable with.
