I’ve always relied on asmr to help me sleep as I get constant insomnia but it wasn’t working much for me anymore. I recently tried listening to asmr while studying, and OH, it’s been amazing I feel more concentrated and overall less stressed typing this papers, love love love

My favorite ASMR artist.because she's very very good at what she does and she is super comfortable while doin it some of the others make me feel anxiety because you can literally tell they aren't comfortable when they do things..this is a great channel and I'm not looking into anyone else..👌
