1 Hour FULL BODY WORKOUT at Home | No Jumping, No Equipment, No Repeat

This is a 1 hour full body workout! No repeat! No equipment! No jumping! Let’s smash this!
This real time workout is a combination of 60 exercises to work every muscle group including quads, hamstrings, glutes, core, abs, back, chest, shoulders and arms!
Using our own bodyweight as resistance, we will be hitting our entire lower body. Also working on balance, co-ordination and mind to muscle connection such as side lifts and rear leg lifts.
No sports equipment needed but you will need a mat or elbow friendly surface.
Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds, 10 seconds to then get ready for next exercise! Once we complete one round, you are done!!! 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
Please remember to make this your own workout... take a break as and when you need to. On screen will be the next exercise, however change the exercise to whatever you wish!
I would recommend if not comfortable with forward stepping lunges, simply perform back stepping lunges instead to reduce impact on knees.
As always, perform push ups on knees and simply bend knees or single leg alternating for legs lowers if needed.

This is no joke and a seriously great routine! I am just beginning to get back into fitness and challenged myself to do 15 minutes and lemme tell you...WHEW! This is for the weak who want to get strong! A great workout which doesn't give me a headache...I challenge you!

To clarify, EVERY routine or exercise move I did in the past gave me a massive headache no matter how much breathing etc. It simply made me not want to exercise even though that is exactly what I wanted! This is the ONLY routine/program I can do without suffering a headache and while my body feels worked out, I feel amazing!! 😁

Paused my workout mid-way to write this. These 1-hour full-body workouts are an absolute dream. The no-jumping moves and the pace present the perfect amount of challenge to my muscles, and the no-repeat aspect is great for maintaining the mind-body connection. I personally prefer these over HIIT workouts, and I really appreciate how Caroline is putting out diverse content to suit all her viewers' preferences. The cues, editing, and music were all on-point.

This is really great you have changed my life The way u have changed my life is because everyone used to go and tease me bc of my weight an once my own friend said that i look pregnant and that I'm fat and that made me so insecure about my body but I never let that stop me so that day when she said I'm pregnant and fat I searched up "workout with no equipment" and you came first so I clicked on this video and then i started to do every step every day and I became much more skinny and also stronger and now me and my "friend" always walk by and she says says sorry for how she treated me but i now realise that she is only saying that because of my looks So thank u so much for helping me make a difference in my life

Thank you so much, Caroline! I am in 14 days mandatory hotel quarantine in Kuala Lumpur. Day 6/14. I always thought training without weights is a cheesecake. I was so wrong! I love your workouts. And I will be even more fit after quarantine.

Caroline, I just have finished this today I really loved this one today and especially your tips about the push-up one's it really helped and I actually managed them a lot better today, so a huge thank you I got to say those legs one had my glutes on fire 🔥 Caroline you truly are a real inspiration and a, great Pt, I have got more out of the 2 weeks I been following your workout than I have in 7 months, I love how you remind, us of the proper form all the time, as now I know I'm doing them right. I can now feel my muscles working Seeing yor amazing smile when I'm thinking oh god no more Caroline I think right I can do this so I push myself even harder, This was, a, truly great workout all over, I even completed a, quick 14 minute hiit cardio workout after so I'm now trying to get up off of the floor 🤣 Thank you, thank you for all of these great workout, can't wait for the hiit in Sunday 💪😁

I did FULL BODY WORK OUT WITH DUMBBELLS 2 days ago and was too sore to work out the following day so that I did 3 hr walk at Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. I'm back today with FULL BODY WORK OUT WITHOUT EQUIPMENTS. Perfect! My body sweated off. Caroline was right that time flew quickly before I knew it! I absolutely love doing this work out and will come back again! Stay strong and smile!

I've been doing this routine every day for a week now! I usually just stick to legs and core and do around 30 minutes of this in total, and lemme tell you, I was SO SO sore at first but I can feel the muscle building up slowly but surely. Usually, full-body workouts give me headaches but this had such a nice flow to it but still felt the burn with everything.

I used to take 15 - 30 minute full body workout, but this routine is something....!Sweaty and like in hell but in last 15 minute I've just gone beyond my limit, Thanks a lot Caroline! You make me feel like I'm a Super Woman!

I'm SO excited! I made it through the WHOLE workout!! I had to modify some of the plank exercises because my abs and upper body are not strong enough yet. But I kept going and I finished!! YEAH!!!! I feel good!! Thanks Caroline!!!! :)

What a great workout! I love it!! it really targeted all the muscles i never knew existed in my body and those I would never specially train. Such a good all rounder workout:))😍😍😍 when 60 minutes feels like 180 minutes you know your doing quality exercise.

I've just been doing the standing workouts and am already seeing my front muscles starting to show in under two months! Thank you! Is this the only workout you do? Getting back into working out and I could only do the first 3 minutes. I have AWFUL knees and they just gave out.

@@coffeebean4141 don't give up (but don't push yourself too hard). It took me a couple of weeks to a month to complete this so don't be hard on yourself. Be proud that you got some minutes done! Congrats! :) I also do HIIT vids.

Hard, strength training, using your own body weight. Some serious work being done here. Complete workout for the whole body, plus some areas that don’t quite get the attention they obviously need. Wow. My shoulders and back have just been seen to in a big way. Caroline never ceases to amaze me as she finds moves that localise important muscle groups that get over looked by the main obvious ones. My rhomboids are screaming…. Just think. You are amazing Caroline. Great teacher, of course you have a body to die for. But a super sweet caring personality to go with it!! An inspiration to us all

Finally! I.found a real 1 hour training...i love she interacts with us and i smiling and saying hello and giving a heads up of the next set...it feels like being in a face to face training..warmer and closer ;)

Thank you so much Holly! Yes a 1 hour every Friday and of course HIIT Sundays! This Sunday is the start of a 5 day HIIT series with each workout only being 20 minutes though they are all about intensity.. so if you fancy a challenge?! 💕💕

Male over 55 second time working out to this video. A great challenge for me. I did not always do all of the reps but tried all the exercises. WOW. I am out of breathe after this. I feel like I accomplished something when this was done. I hope to workout to this video 2x's a week and watch my progress. I do aerobics and lift weights for core. Can't wait to get back to this to see how I improve. Nice

Great workout, no repeats, no jumping! All good. I'm almost 70, can't do all of the plank stuff but most of the other exercises. But Caroline: you need to get shorts that stay in place, so you don't have to fuss around with them all the time!!

If you are a near starter like me who cannot complete this full workout, after stretching your body you can to start from: 01:56 for Leg and booty workout, 19:23 for Arm and core strength workout, 51:02 for Belly fat burn I will pick one of these as starting point in the next days depended on my body need. Can always go back if I'm still good to go :) + Any professionals, feel free to comment under if this is not a good approach :)

Diet is so important. Stay away from High Fructose Sugar, no seed oils, and processed food.

Tried this workout for the first time today. 34 year old lady, have lost 93 pounds in the last few years through changing diet and walking lots. Thought I'd try getting my muscles sorted out. I was defeated after 24 minutes lol. I'm going to do my hour walk later and try this again tomorrow. Will update this comment if I can get further through 😁
