Nurture your low back with this spinal yin yoga sequence that emphazes the sacrum and sacroiliac joint. The session begins with a few minutes of centering breathing and relaxation, then it moves into a warmup for a few minutes before the yin sequence where poses are held for 2 to 3 minutes each. We then finish with a seated meditation.
