This challenge took over a year to make and during the challenge we found what $1 can get you from a $0.52 Steak to a $1 burger to dollar pizza to a dollar vending machine and to much more!
Now, during this dollar challenge we found dollar meals in over a dozen countries making a food tour of a challenge. This travel experience took us to many places where we found $1 street food around the world, vending machines like in Tokyo, luxury foods like steak (waygu), fast food like burgers and unique McDonalds food and even luxury experiences like flying first class. a simple but filling meal in singapore can cost between 1-3 dollars.e.g. rconomic rice/cai png is a bowl of rice with topping. the cheapest i ordered was 1 meat and 1 vege. also, when wanting to eat good food, i recommend going to the stalls with the longest queues

Malaysian here, glad u enjoyed your visit! Mamak is not malay Indian Chinese it’s malay Indian and the food at mamak is not unique in different regions lol. Maybe some have some dishes other don’t but generally all mamaks have more or less the same food. The typical meal at a mamak is usually roti, different types of noodles (maggie) and of course nasi lemak. You should try Village Park nasi lemak in Damansara Utama next time you’re here, it’s definitely worth it with the fried chicken

Nice video, you should go to Serbia, food is pretty cheap there too. When on vacation I order 1 kilo meat, bread, drink, salad etc for like 20 dollars.
