my labels are sucking through and saying no labels detected. how do i fix this?

I can’t figure how to print my labels from Shopify using this printer, it won’t even show up as an option to print from my Shopify app

Hello, when I write a text, e.g. in Word, I don't know how big it can be to print it afterwards as a label, how do I do that so that the format is correct? Thanks.
