I had a dream yesterday about kinda the same thing, however they were still developing and took some time to confess to each other (in secret but I saw it ´cus of a kinda reader POV). Then they drove to a store to buy food for the kids, ended up being fined by the police, decided to run away because they didn´t want to pay, hitchhiked and then were lovey dovey on the backseat. I think there was an Onsen-scene before but I´ cant´t really remember...sadly
