✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Rice(चावल) - 1 Cup
* Water(पानी) - For Washing
* Water(पानी) - 4 Cup
* Salt(नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1 Tsp
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐊𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐢: In a large bowl, take some Rice Wash them well with Water & cover it & soak them for 24 hours. Then transfer it to the grinder. Grind to Fine paste adding water. then take a big bowl, keep a cotton cloth on it, put the better, drain out the water, and squeeze it.
keep the pan on the flame, put Rice Water & Paste in it stir it continuously then put Salt & make a thick paste then add Baking Soda mix it well cover it cook it for 5-7 mins. then turn off the flame. then keep aside.
Make Flowers/Vadi by using a hand. Let the Rice Phool gets dry under Sun for 1-2 days, remove all Flowers/Vadi from Tray turn it over, and dry for 1 more day or until completely dried. In this way, Rice Phool will get ready to use. Fry it & Enjoy it
