I tried this recipe today it has come out very well... for me, mutton took about 40 mins for getting 90% cooked. Otherwise, the process is pretty much the same. Its even better than star biriyani.... Thanks, Jabbar Bhai for this excellent recipe..

Very Hot during Summer..I traveled from Bengaluru to Chennai in a non - AC car during May 2014...Vellore was very Hot and Dry..in New York now.. able to bear severe cold here in December- March by remembering Vellore Dry Heat... however Vellore Biriyani is Top class & CMC Vellore is very good Hospital.
