A museum. Well maybe not a museum, but with all the satellites and other major pieces of space junk cluttering up 'space' around our planet, there really should be a designated area 'out there' someplace for all that no longer active material to be parked. Call it a junkyard if you will but if something of that order isn't defined and enforced at a future point it will no longer be safe or able to gain access to 'space' due to a high likelihood of getting hit by space junk.
