RON COLEMAN MINE is my FAVORITE mine In the country too!!! Great ppl, awesome scenery, and as a mineral vendor it's been more financially productive then any other pay-to-play mine in the country iv been to for that price range

Definitely #1 spot on my bucket list to visit but I do recommend buying one of their baskets of crystals from the website if you can't make it there, totally worth it! Made for a great 'unboxing' video!

I got a couple 'baskets' from them shipped to Oregon a few years ago (they ship in bag form,) and it was SO fun for this Arkansas girl to share the magic with her PNW family and friends. We had a backyard washing off treasure day!!

I know they have a calendar that shows details of days they previously dumped new material for the month but Im curious to know if you knew in advance they would be dumping? I found some great things 1 day after a fresh dump of material but nothing this incredible. I can't wait to go back again. I just want ONE crystal clear chunker, and I would be so happy.

It’s a great place to dig. And the shop has lot’s of rocks too. Been to Mt. Ida and The Diamond mine too. Mt. Ida is amazing.

Hey Jasmine! The calendar can help if you are planning a visit, because the dumps are still good and not completely searched through several days after it’s dumped. We personally stay at the mine for 3-4 weeks at the campground and mine nearly every day, especially on the days that we can hear the dump truck from the campground. Def go back!!! Your clear cluster will be there eventually! ❤️ the more you go the better you get, too🤗

I've been following you for a while now ... because of your true spirit of adventure and enthusiasm. And ... also because I like your content, style, and presentation. I live in Southern Idaho, and I noticed you have adventured around my stomping grounds. Cool! I am curious about your Ron Coleman digs. Do participants get to keep all they find? Or, are they charged extra over and above a certain amount collected? If they charge over an amount found, is the additional charge reasonable, say fair wholesale? And, one more question: Do you prefer this coleman mine over Avant or Wegner? Thank you for your info and advice. Keep on on keeping on.

Often 1-2 times a week but there is no guarantee - they dump when the miners find something in the pit and are able to dump. 🤗

Are these crystals just waste material from the mine? Or are they mining ⛏️ the crystal as well and it's just more cost effective to charge you to look through the trash.
