Take the suction cups off the sponge holder and replace with command hooks this works well and doesn't stick out as far

Love your ideas. It took me years to figure this out…I also use dawn in a spray bottle. Put the water in first and then add the soap and you won’t get all that mess.

I love the bottle storage idea for deep drawers! My old home only had cabinet space that I used for the magazine holders for the bottles, but my new homes has deep drawers that I was trying to figure out how to utilize! Perfect! Thank you!

Love watching your videos! Love that Lazy Susan under the sink! I have a shower curtain Rod under mine and hang my bottles but I like your idea better! I always store my trash bags in the bottom of my trash can under the new bag I put in. I take the trash out every day, remove the bag, and the bags are right there underneath to put a new one in. It's convenient and saves space under my cabinet. 😊

But, what do you do if you need a trash bag for something else? Then you have to take your whole bag of trash out to get a bag. I would also worry about leaks if the bag were to get ripped or punctured.

@@kelleywillis3789, I've never ran into an issue of my trash leaking onto the other bags. I buy good bags and take the trash out daily. I don't use my kitchen trash bags for anything else so that's never a problem for me. It's just always been so convenient.

I got beautiful wooden scoops at Hobby Lobby in the wedding section when it was on sale - they're the perfect scoop for the DT plastic containers

Always fun to see new tips or be reminded of others I may need now and didn’t before. Another option on the sponge holder is use the sticky strips from the hooks and put them on the holder with the suction cups that didn’t work. Best of both options!

Loved this video. I love the lazy Susan under the sink, water bottle drying and simple cleaning solution recipe. Sure beats expensive cleaners that are harsh on hands when wiping up. Keep it up!!

I was thinking the same thing or even take a command strip cut it in half (yes one will not have the pull tab) and put one on each suction cup.

Target carries the Rubbermaid battery-operated scrubber, also the candy/penny jars in glass with a metal lid in 2 sizes if you don’t like plastic and their Dollar Spot this past summer carried glass bottles resembling those from Grove for only $5 (Grove costs around $14). It had a pump top but you can buy a spritzer bottle from DT and use that top. I recently found them in amber glass which is great for cleaners containing essential oils. Happy hunting!

I have the sponge holder in my kitchen sink. I think it really needs wetness to hold. I actually have an over the door hanger that my extra sponges are in. ☺️ I've never been able to find the first containers you showed us. Every time I see a video showcasing them I rush to DT and my store never gets them. I've thought of so many ways to use them but still can't find them. Hope I can remember by the time I find them. 😋 If you ever have trouble with flying critters, just add some vinegar to your soap and water bottle. I recently used this mixture to get rid of yellow jackets just outside my front door. They don't like the vinegar and the soap sticks to their wings so they can't fly. And you use equal parts of vinegar and Dawn. 😉 Your videos are always so helpful! Whether it's a DIY or hacks, your content is always topnotch! 🤗 Thanks for taking the time and sharing another great video! 🥰

The same thing happens to me w/my stores’ inventory (There are only 2 stores near me), so I take screen shots from vids & Pinterest for inspiration & save them to a folder in my photos on my phone. It’s a sort of “shopping list” to keep an eye out for the items. One item in particular took over a year to find & multiple states, but I found the item!!! Of course I bought a LOT!! 😂

For inside cabinet sponge storage, I use the narrow drawer organizer with "vented" sides and I put contact paper on the door to prevent water damage/ warping. Thanks for all your wonderful ideas.

Hi, great tips. If you add a small amount of rubbing alcohol to dawn/water it will boost the power if cleaning & disinfect as you clean.

I keep my medical marijuana in those glass air tight containers it works great. I’m on my third round of surgery for a chronic Staff infection which is very painful. I get so excited about Tuesday and Thursday so we can catch up thank you Liz for organizing my life

LOL when you opened the first drawer it had some very old liner that I used decades ago. I still like it, but moved to a different house and it wasn't available. I leave the $tree measuring cups in the container. That way they don't get dusty and bugs don't walk on them.

Liz- you can use the sponge holder with the DT 3M hooks. Pop off the suction cups and hook the DT hooks and then mount on the door.

Since I have a small kitchen I use the dish shelf as a storage on my extra island so I can store things on top and some things under it. I use the magazine bins to store all my baking papers and Ziplocs since I don't have a lot of drawer storage. Great video. I hope you have a wonderful day.

Hey Liz. Those clear candy containers are not for keeping things fresh because they don't have a rubber gasket you need to use them for things that are already packaged I think

I guess I’m going to have to order the jars from DT. My store has the different color glass ones but I try them and keep breaking them. I want to try the plastic jars. Oh I make the same cleaner but I add vinegar. There’s a KZfaqr named Jillee that has recipes footprints everything. I love easy cleaners that work everywhere. Thanks I need all the organization.

I love your ideas. 1 thing I found is you Can Not interchange the lids on those round glass jars ! After I broke the seal on 1 I marked the rest so jar 1 always gets lid #1 etc

Great ideals. Dawn is my to go - I even keep a small bottle in the laundry area for grease stains. I never thought of putting it in a spray bottle. Love those spray bottles and caddy from Grove.

I need to take a trip to Dollar Tree...it's been awhile and I really need something to put my fig bars in, so that I can have them out on the counter. I think those big clear jars with lids will do the trick; just hope that my DT stores will have them

Someone has already said this but if you put the water into your spray bottle first and then add the Dawn dish soap and shake it up, you won't get the foaming up mess down the side of your bottle.

Use a Dollar Tree bath caddy inside your cabinet? More storage and doesn't stick out as much :) My daughter will be mad I watched this video without her. We love your videos! Thank you!!! :)

I love the addition of alcohol! When you “eyeball it”, approximately what is your ratio? E.g. - 1 part dawn, 1 part alcohol, 2 parts water? Or…? Please LMK! I’d love to try this, but want to make sure it’s effective! I usually but a disinfectant cleaner from DT (I try to get a name brand to be safe)

Ha! I Have three of those Grove caddies!! And a few of the Grove spray bottles and the soap pumps. I would love more DT cleaning/organizing hacks. I love DT. Some things I'd rather get at IKEA or The Container Store, but I think if you can spend less at DT, then why not?
